  • 1.5 oz Courage & Conviction Double Cask Reserve: A whisky that layers nutty and tropical fruit notes beneath butterscotch and baking spices.
  • 1 oz Oat-Infused Lo-Fi Dry Vermouth: A nod to the rustic, with a silky texture and a hint of grain.
  • 0.75 oz Banana Syrup: Sweet, with a depth that echoes the best of homemade banana pudding.
  • 2 dashes Scrappy’s Chocolate Bitters: For a whisper of chocolate that weaves through the drink like a dream.
  • Garnish: A luxurious float of honey cream and a sprinkle of freshly grated nutmeg for warmth and spice.

  • 200g White Granulated Sugar
  • 200g Water
  • 1 Whole Banana
  • Yield: ~ 1.5 cups Combine sugar, water, and banana for a syrup that’s rich in fruity sweetness, straining after infusion for clarity.


Honey Cream:

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • Yield: 1 cup Mix cream and honey until slightly thickened, ensuring it’s pourable for the perfect creamy finish.
